I know you're looking for req. 8 and all, but I have a nice Zodiac Axe that is close to what you want so I'll post it here.

Zodiac Axe (req. 9), +15% while in stance, +1 axe mastery (20% chance)

I'm looking to get 50k for it, but I'm willing to negotiate.
